The Altbier of the Alvure Brewery is a high fermentation beer, amber tending to red, with a creamy and persistent foam. On the olfactory level, a hint of juniper emerges, with a sweet, vanilla and spicy note, and white pepper. On the palate it is fresh, contrasted by a spicy aftertaste, which brings a hint of juniper and which almost recalls the barrique of a noble wine. The Altbier beer from the Alvure Brewery is suitable for savory foods, such as meats and aged cheeses.
