Cantina di Mogoro’s Anastasia Brut is a sparkling wine made with native grapes, worked with the brut charmat method. The yellow color is pale and bright as the rays of light that penetrate the homonymous pre-nuragic well near Sardara. Its flavor comes from the semidano grapes grown in that area, and collects in one sip all the seasons of the Sardinian land: from the aromatic freshness of the rustic herbs, to the enveloping drought of sandy soils.
