Dorada aromatic rice flour is born between the millstones of the Su Mori mill after the cereal is harvested in the rice fields of Campidano. During the grinding, the aromatic rice spreads its unique scent. This precious variety of aromatic flour, with a crystalline white color, naturally releases an aroma of flowers and sweets, making the dishes in which it is used unique. It is in fact particularly suitable for the preparation of cakes, in mixes with other flours to mix breads, pizzas and focaccia, for fish, meat and vegetable tempura. Dorada aromatic rice flour preserves the nutritional characteristics of this variety intact, it is in fact rich in fiber, mineral salts and low in amylose.
