The Cooperative Valle del Coghinas presents "Carciofino", from the hearts of Sardinian PDO thorny artichoke, which is born in the clayey soils of the Coghinas Valley, well drained and with a very high salinity because they are located a stone's throw from the sea. In extra virgin olive oil and exclusively handmade according to traditional local recipes, Carciofino is an excellent product as an appetizer, but also as a side dish of meat and fish dishes of the typical Sardinian cuisine.
