Audarya's Vermentino di Sardegna DOC (Controlled designation of origin) is made from 100% Sardinian Vermentino grapes. The winemaking of these hand-picked grapes is obtained pressing in pneumatic presses with very soft action and natural decanting with low temperature. Straw yellow in colour with green tinges, it has a fruity with a fine citrus flavours. Brilliantly Fresh with mineral sensations, the Audarya’s Vermentino can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with fish and meats appetizers, with raw fish and fish courses, and with soft textured cheeses.
