Balente red wine by Cantina Carboni is an IGT Isola dei Nuraghi made with Bovale and Cannonau grapes. Bright and lively ruby colored, Balente opens up an intense and complex bouquet with fruity, floral, mineral and spicy notes, which recall its territory of origin. This Sardinian red wine has a robust taste. An acidic shoulder and well-mixed, vigorous tannins help a strong alcohol content. Balente’s finish is very pleasant and persistent. Awards: four Bibenda Grapes and two Gambero Rosso Glasses.
