The Bodale Riserva red wine by Tenute Rossini is a Cannonau di Sardegna DOC refined in oak barriques. Red in colour, the bouquet offers hints of blackberry jam, small red fruits combined with notes of leather and spices. Elegant and complex tannins give it a long lasting structure and body. Tenute Rossini's Bodale goes well with grilled or braised red meats, tasty or spicy first courses, seasoned cheeses and game. Bodale has won the WineHunter Award 2020 Bollino Rosso and the Bronze Medal at the International Wine and Spirit Competition 2020 (IWSC) in London.
