Mascagni Brewery’s tasting box includes the three trademark beers of the brewery in question: the Mascagnotta (Pacific Ipa), the Serenata (Golden Ale), and the Ave Maria (Hemp Special Ale). The Mascagnotta is a Pacific Ipa style amber ale with a tropical fruit bouquet on a floral background, tastes of yellow fruit with a malt accent, and ends on a slightly resinous, bitter note. The Serenata is a Golden Ale style pale ale with malt accents which travel from your nose to your palate, where they soak in herbaceous, citrusy hops. Serenata is a refreshing beer with a resinous, dry, and bitter aftertaste which makes you want to drink one after the other! The Ave Maria is a hemp Special Ale on a malt base, a moderate ABV rate, and delicate hops which support and enhance the bitter, intense hemp accents, resulting in an incredibly balanced beer.
