The Capo Ferro of Pure Sardinia is a 2015 DOC Cannonau di Sardegna. This red wine is obtained exclusively from Cannonau grapes coming from two different 30 and 35 year-old sapling vines located in the Oddoène valley, a Dorgali’s territory within the Gennargentu National Park. Each vine is located at different heights and even the soils on which they grow are very different from each other. The grapes, obtained under non-certified organic farming, have different organoleptic characteristics. Capo Ferro cannonau wine perfectly accompanies second courses of red meat and medium and high seasoned cheeses.
