Cardedo by Vitivinicola Loi is a Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Reserve 2012. This red wine comes from the cannonau grapes of the Cardedu estate in Ogliastra, from which it takes its name. It has an intense red color, while the flavor is dry, warm, with soft tannins and a good structure. Cardedo Cannonau by Vitivinicola Loi is excellent with roasted meats and lamb, and its best combination is the traditional one with roasted Sardinian suckling pig.
