Cantina Nuraghe Crabioni’s DOC Cannonau di Sardegna is a red wine made from Sardinian native cannonau grapes. After manual harvesting, the grapes are de-stemmed and left to macerate in contact with the skins at a controlled temperature. Ruby red in colour, this DOC Cannonau di Sardegna has an intense aroma with sweet, red ripe fruit tones: cherry, marasca in spirit and plums. It is a powerful, warm, soft and intense wine with a long aromatic persistence. Balanced and of great harmony, Crabioni’s cannonau can also be well combined with fatty fish such as tuna or blue fish in general.
