Inus caprino by Zanda Formaggi is a goat cheese with aromatic taste and strong temperament. Made of a very white and compact dough, Inus has a straw yellow rind that tends to dark with aging, whose process takes at least 4 months. The scent refers to that of fresh goat's milk. Inus caprino has a delicate and full-bodied taste, which will accompany salads beautifully and will enrich Sardinian appetizers with all its aromas.
