Bacu de Bentu by Azienda Agricola Lenzu is a Carignano del Sulcis IGT, which has a ruby red color with purplish reflections. To the nose has a good aromatic complexity that recalls the hints of blackberry and blueberry.
To the the palate is very pleasant, thanks to its soft and structured notes guaranteed by the blend of grapes Carignano and Monica (in lower percentage).
This Carignano goes very well with goat and lamb meat and with tasty mature cheeses. Bacu de Bentu by Azienda Agricola Lenzu, as its name suggests, which means wind in Sardinian, brings a breath of refinement and pleasure to moments of conviviality and meditation.
