DESCRIPTION

Argiolas Formaggi’s Brebiblù cheese is a blue cheese made exceptional by the presence of noble molds, which make it particularly digestible and tasty. Brebiblu is produced through a careful selection of whole milk from Sardinian sheep. The cheese comes from about 60/70 days of ageing and has a compact, buttery and straw-yellow paste. The intensity is high; sensations of butter and mushroom, with a slight animal note, reach the sense of smell. When tasted, Brebiblù cheese shows undergrowth and aromatic herbs flavours in a balanced and intense effluvium with high solubility. It got the Quality Diploma at the "Infiniti Blu" 2016 Awards.
