Funtana Cana peretta cheese is a sweet-flavoured spun dough provola, produced with organic raw milk of artisanal production coming exclusively from Funtana Cana’s breeding in Pattada. Peretta provola cheese, made with cow's milk and hand-crafted, is a typical product of the tradition. It brings to mind the cheese brought by Sardinian shepherds in their bags during the long grazing days on the sunny clearings of the island.
