Filu’ e Ferru cream by Liquoreria Collu is obtained from the marc of the Filu e Ferru (that is brandy) mixed with Sardinian’s cow milk and sugar. The absolutely genuine Filu’ e Ferru cream, does not contain any chemical component and has a unique taste. With its intense and rich flavour and its velvety texture, it goes well with sardinian traditional sweets and it can also be enjoyed cold at the end of a meal.
