Sardinian durum and soft wheat flours made by I Grani di Atlantide® come from a completely Sardinian chain. The wheat, cultivated without the use of chimical products and in soils far from pollution sources, is cleaned, stripped and stone-ground with a very slow grinding (30kg/h), which prevents the overheating of the flour. The durum wheat semolina by I Grani di Atlantide® is an healthy and genuine product perfect for the preparation of your food, such as bread and pasta, while the medium sifted soft wheat flour by I Grani di Atlantide® is perfect for cakes, leavened products and, mixed with semolina, for pizza.
