The organic Cappelli durum wheat flour from the Mulino Stone and wheat are obtained by sifting the wholemeal semolina, which allows to obtain a light and fine flour suitable for all uses. The flour, mixed with semolina, is recommended for the preparation of many typical breads, such as civraxiu, modditzosu, pistoccu, pane carasau and spianata, and traditional Sardinian sweets such as su pani e saba and is pabassinas.
