Foddi evo oil is a product by Frantoio Oleario Foddi obtained from the cold squeezing of the native “nera di Gonnos” olive cultivars, which come from the Sardinian village of Gonnosfanadiga, next to Monte Linas. This olive oil is an excellent product with low acidity and with flavor that evokes the intensity of Mediterranean nature.
