The 100% Italian Evo oil of Nuovo Oleificio San Pasquale is obtained by cold pressing of olives of the Bosana variety just picked from the tree in the centuries-old olive groves located near the Gulf of Asinara. Exposure to sea winds enriches the Evo San Pasquale oil with flavor, making it particularly suitable for raw seasoning of the typical dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, and enhancing them with its intense aroma of fresh olives, the strong flavor and the amber green color.
