Fiore Sardo DOP

Fiore Sardo DOP by Argiolas Formaggi is a delicacy inherited from the millenarian cheese tradition of Sardinia. This cheese is produced today using the most modern technologies, in full respect of the ancient original recipe. With its convex, "mule croup" shaped sides, Fiore Sardo is a pecorino made with a uniquely flavoured and fragrant raw milk. Its aromatic intensity is medium-high and the scents are those of hay and spices, with toasty and fierce notes. Finally, its strong flavour becomes more spicy with maturation. Fiore Sardo DOP is an excellent table cheese if consumed young, and an excellent grated product when aged.
