Pecorino Cheese

The Pecorino Cheese by Azienda Agricola Andrea Mura is made from sheep's milk produced by the farm. It is made with great care and attention to the processes that lead from the raw material to the finished product. The pecorino cheese comes from raw milk, so as to maintain its natural flavour and beneficial properties; then the milk is processed at 36° C, in order to preserve proteins, vitamins and calcium. After a maturation period, of almost two months, the pecorino has a white paste and a thin crust. Roast it to better enjoy it.
