Molino Secci’s gemelli are a dry pasta, made entirely with durum wheat semolina from grains grown in the Trexenta area. In the production process, durum wheat is peeled, so as to give the semolina a high quality level. The gemelli of Molino Secci have a helix shape, able to perfectly retain the tasty condiments with which this first course is prepared. The twins are perfect if served with a tasty vegetable or carlofortina pesto sauce.
