Giolzi by Cantina Madeddu is a Vermentino di Sardegna DOC. This white wine comes from grapes grown in sandy soils. Giolzi grapes are harvested manually, gently de-stemmed and softly pressed. In the end, there is a fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This vermentino wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and an intense aroma, which contains hints of apple and orange blossoms. Its fresh and persistent taste makes Giolzi suitable for seafood, soft cheeses or a pleasant aperitif.
