Grappa di Cannonau aged in Spiritus Alter oak barrels is the essence of a careful selection of pomace from the grape that is the symbol of the entire viticultural and oenological sector of Sardinia. Through a discontinuous artisan distillation system, with bain-marie heating, Spiritus Alter extracts all the richness that the raw material can offer, obtaining a grappa with excellent olfactory and gustatory finesse.
