Cannonau grappa

Spiritus Alter's Grappa di Cannonau is the essence of a careful selection of pomace from the grape variety that is the symbol of the entire viticultural and oenological sector of Sardinia. Through a discontinuous artisan distillation plant, with bain-marie heating, Spiritus Alter extracts all the richness that the raw material can offer, obtaining a grappa with an excellent olfactory finesse that highlights the marked floral notes that immediately blend with the characteristic vegetal sensations and herbaceous. The taste delights us with an entrance that stands out with a very pleasant softness, suddenly balanced by a sapidity that generates freshness and makes room for floral and fruity scents that slowly evolve into toasted notes of cocoa and hazelnut, surrounded by a balanced sensation of sweet.
