MULLET KIT

The Sud Ovest fish farm's Mullet Kit consists of a whole mullet bottarga, a pack of ground bottarga and smoked mullet fillets. The bottarga is the ovarian bag of fish, extracted and then salted and put under a press to dry. The smoked mullet, typical of the Oristano area, is scaly and without thorns, ready to taste.
