The malloreddus by Molino Secci are a durum wheat semolina pasta made with semolina coming exclusively from grains grown in Sardinia, particularly in the Trexenta area. During the transformation process, durum wheat is dehulled in order to give the semolina a higher level of quality and wholesomeness. No colouring substances or preservatives are added. Secci malloreddus match well with meat sauces, which are enclosed and kept inside the concave shape of this pasta.
