Mezze Penne by Molino Secci are a type of short, dry pasta made from durum wheat semolina coming entirely from hard grains produced in Sardinia, particularly in Trexenta. During the processing phase, durum wheat is peeled in order to give the groats a superior level in terms of quality and wholesomeness. Molino Secci’s mezze penne do not contain dyes or preservatives, and are a type of classic pasta, able to create a magic of unions with the richest sauces.
