The classic bistoccu, the wholemeal one and the Montresta bistoccu with 100% Sardinian wheat make great bruschettas. They are also perfect to accompany cold cuts, cheeses, meat dishes, fish or vegetable soups. All the bread from the trio can be enjoyed both crunchy or soaked in a little water.
