Audarya's Nuragus di Sardegna DOC (Controlled designation of origin) is made from 100% Sardinian Nuragus grapes. The winemaking of these hand-picked grapes is obtained pressing in pneumatic presses with very soft action and natural decanting with low temperature. Straw yellow in colour, it is fragrant at the nose, with aromatic nuances of essential herbs. Rich flavour with a pleasant softness, the Nuragus by Audarya goes perfect with fregola (small balls of semolina) and sardininan little gnocchi (malloreddus) cooked at the Carlofortina way (pesto, basil, olive oil, cherry tomatoes), semi cured cheeses; It goes well also with Sea bass with vernaccia wine, capon with potatoes and fresh cherry tomatoes.
