Corax Organic Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained by pressing the two main varieties of Sardinian olives: Bosana and Semidana. It belongs to the category of medium fruity. Slightly veiled, golden yellow tending towards green, it has herbaceous hints with notes of tomato. The taste is harmonious bitter and spicy, with notes of artichoke.
