BARIGADU Red Gold - saffron in stigmas

Saffron in red gold stigmas from Barigadu, produced by the individual firm Andrea Mura, is a spice obtained from the flowers of Crocus Sativus, a plant native to Asia Minor. It is known for its strong orange color and intense aroma. The bulbs are planted one by one and the flowers are harvested exclusively by hand due to the fragility of the product. The product is packaged, after drying, in whole stigmas. “Oro rosso del Barigadu” is certified of first quality, following analyzes carried out at the Chemical Commodity Laboratory of Sardinia.
