Pabassine 450 gr

The pabassine are Sardinian autumn and winter biscuits, which are handmade by Kiroza – Prodotti Genuini Sardi to bring to the mouth the soothing warmth of the fireplace. The pabassine are fatty, golden diamond patterns on which stand out sweet frostings, like delicate perennial glaciers, and offer a warm sweetness even on days when the wind blows away the rays of the sun. In a single bite the hug of sugar, lemon and orange, of cinnamon, almonds, walnuts, raisins and sapa, are woven into a tight weave, like a snug and warm blanket, which gives peace and pleasure.
