The pan'e sapa by Biscottificio Corronca is a tasty sweet of the Sardinian tradition which was considered "poor" in the past because of the simplicity of its ingredients. The pan'e sapa was traditionally prepared on the occasion of the religious celebration of All Saints' Day, between October and November, at the end of the harvest. It is a dessert that comes from the union of sultanas, almonds, walnuts and sapa (syrup obtained from the cooking of honey), perfectly blended in a harmony of flavours that you will love.
