The pardulas prepared by Panetteria Zoccheddu Stefania are a well-known and loved dessert. The pardula is a typical Sardinian cupcake of very ancient origins, and its preparation varies according to the area of production. Zoccheddu’s pardulas come from the combination of excellent ingredients such as saffron, ricotta and orange peel. The latter, in particular, is subjected to a strict selection and determines softness, taste and appearance of this much-loved dessert. Ingredients: durum wheat flour, sugar, eggs, lard, ricotta, saffron, orange peel, lemon peel. On request, instead of lard (original Sardinian recipe) it is possible to use oil or margarine.
