Passentzia is an IGT Isola dei Nuraghi raisin wine, made from dried grapes of vernaccia. With the same patience with which nature makes the grapes ripen, so time makes them wither, increasing their sweetness. The color of this wine is in fact the bright amber of the caramelized sugar, of the best honey, of the Tirso’s waters at dawn. Its intense and gentle flavor and its bewitching fragrance perfectly complement a romantic dessert, a slice of cake, a bite from a traditional Sardinian pastry.
