Pozzo 5 by Birrificio 4 Mori is a low fermentation, Dunkler Bock style beer. It has a compact and persistent foam and a scent of toasted malt, with a full-bodied aftertaste of smoked wheat with oak wood. Its taste is given by the sweetness of plum and the dried fruits. For this reason, Pozzo 5 is highly recommended with pizzas, baked meats, mature cheeses and chocolate desserts. Pozzo 5 won two important prizes in 2016: silver medal in the "Beer of the Year" competition in category 4, and gold medal in the Cerevisia Award in the " low fermentation Beers South and Islands" category.
