Pozzo 9 produced by Birrificio 4 Mori is a low fermentation and low alcohol level Vienna Lager style beer. When it is poured, it thickens in a creamy and persistent foam. Strong tastes prevail on the palate, together with the flavours of toasted malt and caramel notes. Thanks to its intensity, it is an ideal combination with red meats, pizzas and aged cheeses. Pozzo 9 beer won the silver medal at 2017 "Beer of the Year Awards" for the "Amber and Dark" category in Rimini.
