The raisin muscat’s grappa by Eredi Luigi Poscia is a distillation of Sardinian marc coming from Cagliari’s muscat grape variety. The slow distillation allows the aromas to develop while swimming in the brilliant and intense yellow. Time also determines the balance of the perfumes, as well as the wisdom of taste: fine and persistent, with a silent gaze to the origins. The ideal tasting takes place among the confectionery of Sardinia, which taste like almonds, honey and cheese.
