Attitidu by Cantina Madeddu is an IGT Isola dei Nuraghi red wine. It derives from Sardinian indigenous red grape varieties. Attitidu grapes are cultivated in soils of volcanic clays and sandy limestones. The harvest takes place by hand. Then, the grapes are gently de-stemmed and left to ferment for 15 days, to facilitate the extraction of the coloring substances contained in their peel. Attitidu red wine by Cantina Madeddu has a ruby red color that releases hints of blackberry and red fruits. It is soft but well structured, perfect with first courses, seasoned cheeses and roasted meat.
