The Orgosa Reserve 2016 is a red wine produced exclusively with Cannonau grapes. The Orgosa vineyards are located at 450/600 meters above sea level, in the countryside of Orgosolo, on soils composed of sand from granite disintegration. This wine is obtained from a biodynamic agriculture system, without chemical fertilizers or systemic treatments. The Orgosa Reserve 2016 has a great character, with notes of Mediterranean scrub and of red orange. It pairs well with red meats, cured meats and mature cheeses.
