Carnise Rice - 6 pcs

The Carnise rice by Azienda Falchi is a white superfine rice rich in amylose. It is excellent for risotto because of its particular ability to absorb seasonings; it was obtained by crossing varieties derived from Carnaroli with SAPISE lines in order to obtain a more resistant and easily cultivable variety in an environmentally friendly manner. The shape and consistency of Carnise rice, in addition to its ability to absorb liquids and its good cooking resistance, make this rice an excellent alternative to the historic Carnaroli for the preparation of risottos.
