The artisanal Malloreddus made from Quarantinu (or Marzuolo) ancient wheat by Agrobass - Sardinian Farm are the most typical Sardinian pasta. Malloreddus are made from quarantinu ancient durum wheat semolina, cultivated in Guspini (in the south of the island) and stone ground, in order to guarantee all the nutritional properties of the bran. This is why the wheat is rich in carbohydrates, fibres, proteins and mineral salts. An ancient and genuine wheat used by Agrobass for its malloreddus, for a healthy pasta with exceptional nutritional values.
