"Fior di Sale" Sardinian Salt

Sardinian Fior di Sale, produced by Argei Le Fattorie Renolia, takes its name from the first crystal of sea salt, which is harvested by hand, according to ancient traditions, choosing the plaques floating on the evaporating basins. The precious fior di sale is then dried with traditional methods, without being washed or bleached. The packaging in special cans save the salt’s fragrance and takes place only manually.
