Azienda Agricola Marchi Giuseppe Angelo is a sole proprietorship company founded in 1986. It is located in Lidana Plateau, 900 meters above sea level in Gavoi’s area, the heart of Barbagia. Lidana Plateau is a place of immeasurable naturalistic and cultural beauty, with the presence of prehistoric sites, such as Nuraghi and Menhir. The main business economy is farming sheep, but also pigs and cattle. Sheep milk then becomes the famous Fiore Sardo PDO cheese.
