Azienda Agricola Areste was founded in 2010 by Daniela Scarpellino and Alessandro Pintadu with the intention of launching a life project which envisions a return to nature and the exploitation of the spontaneous and wild fruit of the territory. Daniela and Alessandro are slowly building a solid reality based on agricultural production processes integrated within the natural cycle. In line with this approach, Areste's activities focus on both the artisanal production of jams, confections, honey, bio fruits and vegetables, as well as the breeding of animals such as Sardinian donkeys and pigs, in full compliance with natural biorhythm. Jams and confections are prepared without the addition of preservatives or thickeners but only with organic fruits and vegetables, sugar and lemon. The Azienda Agricola Areste guarantees a high-profile, high-quality manufactory with an intense and characteristic flavor of the wild land where it comes from.
