After spending much of his life aunching the most diverse companies in Europe, at the beginning of the 1990s Renzo Olianas came to Sardinia, his home country, and began to take over the lands belonging to his ancestors, succeeding in the work of establishing the Fattoria Renolia. The newly-established farm dealt with agriculture, livestock farming and olive cultivation. Only in 2005, following the acquisition of the historic oil mill in Gergei, the farm entered full title in the project of extra virgin olive oil. The company then began to spread all over the world its family's passion for the land and its fruits and launched an even more ambitious project: to create a farm that transforms the fruits offered by the land into quality products, so that everyone can enjoy them.
