Ayò is a farm in Villacidro, an agricultural village in the south of Sardinia. "The secret of our organic production has a very simple recipe: our vocation for good products combined with the passion for our soil, teacher of naturalness. The vegetables come exclusively from our island to allow us to process them fresh, immediately after they’re harvested from the field. The wisdom of our cooks guarantees us a selection of the best fruit that is manually worked one piece at a time. The recipe is a combination of flavours, expertly dosed with aromatic plants and spices coming from Sardinia."
