Francesca Cabras Mulas company, in the municipality of Bono, covers about four hectares in the locality of "Nurcoro", a valley in the immediate vicinity of the town. At the centre of a well-kept vineyard, surrounded by olive trees, is the house that since 2013 hosts the educational farm "Inza su Re". The vineyard, raised in espalier with Guyot pruning and in rigorous certified organic cultivation, boasts the particular local variety "arvesiniadu", a white grape vine. The Mulas company is the only one in Sardinia to vinify arvesiniadu in purity and to safeguard and promote this precious local biotype. The company is affiliated with the Bono Biodiversity Committee and the Wine Roads of Northern Sardinia.
